Technology company donates pallets of food products to help feed Oklahomans in need
Los Angeles, CA, March 6, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Oklahoma is the sixth hungriest state in the nation, with one in six Oklahomans living with hunger. ePallet (www.epallet.com) recently addressed this need with a shipment of 30,000 pounds of food products to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, the state’s largest hunger-relief organization.
“We provide enough food to feed more than 136,000 hungry Oklahomans every week, 37 percent of whom are children,” said Cathy Nestlen, PR & Marketing Manager for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. “This generous donation will provide 2,500 meals for chronically hungry children, seniors on fixed incomes and hardworking families throughout central and western Oklahoma.”
